Florida State Laws:
A candidate for State Rep may not accept a contribution in excess of $500 from any one person per election. A "person" is an individual or a corporation, association, firm, partnership, joint venture, joint stock company, club, organization, estate, trust, business trust, syndicate or other combination of individuals having collective capacity.
Unemancipated children under the age of 18 may contribute
up to $100.
Federal Law allows only US Citizens and Green Card holders to
contribute to any political campaign.
Contributions are NOT tax deductible.
